Flat fees are charged for all estate planning work. There are a few probate services for which we can also quote a flat fee. Statutory fees are charged in decedent's estates. This means the fee is controlled by the Probate Code formula. In all instances other than flat and statutory fees, we do charge for the first interview on an hourly basis, or fraction thereof.

Charlie received an honors degree in Financial Management and a law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, also with Honors. His areas of practice include Probate, Probate Litigation, Real Estate Mediation, and Estate Planning. He is currently on the board of The Glen Assisted Living Facility and is published author on many topic. Charlie is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States Southern District of Ohio and United States Eastern District of Kentucky federal courts, and is trained in the Supreme Court of Ohio’s Uniform Mediation Training Act. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and daughters.
