California attorney admitted to Bar in 1977. I have practiced law continuously since that date. I also held the license of a California CPA, (since 1978) which I have now retired (after 45 years). I practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust and probate litigation, as well as civil disputes involving businesses. I am a partner in my current firm of Messina & Hankin, LLP. In times previous, I was the Chair of the Estate and Trust division for the law firm of Alvarado Smith. At other times I have been a solo practitioner. At all times I practiced in the estate and probate areas.
